Group classes are held at Good Choice Dog Training in Albany, New York. Classes cover a variety of topics including adolescence, confidence building, foundational skills, recall, and more.
Private training offers personalized guidance tailored to fit you and your dogs needs. Lessons can cover things like basic obedience, leash manners, socialization, hiking skills, and more. Training plans are customized and evolve over time to ensure steady progress and lasting results. You’ll also learn practical techniques and strategies to confidently reinforce good behavior at home between sessions.
Day hikes offer your dog a chance to get physical exercise, mental enrichment, and socialization while practicing skills like recall and leash manners. Dogs are transported to hikes in crash tested crates and they wear Garmin GPS collars. Hikes are 90 minutes to two hours, and include pick up and drop off from your home.
